Perfect and fairly clean hotel, the staff who served us were outstandingly accommodating, and it had good location by way of nightlife. Location: the venue was adjacent to a bus stop, and grocery stores. Stopped by Kyosui-An to get some coffee and treats, it's walking distance from the venue, recommend.

The rooms here are super new, and the staff goes above and beyond. the location is amazing, just a short 10-15 minute walk from this cool museum that's been around forever. 🌟

Perfect location for our trip. Watched sunrise and sunset overlooking pagoda, walked to temples, and everything surrounding was pretty. Free flow drinks, comfortable room with basic amenities. Definitely staying here again.

During my solo trip, I found the hotel conveniently located next to the historic neighbourhoods around the Kiyomizu Dera Temple. The temple was within walking distance, allowing me to explore the area at my own pace. The staff was polite and respectful, going out of their way to assist me with their local knowledge. My room was clean and cozy with the added advantage of a stylish rooftop terrace and free coffee and tea in the lobby.

One minor inconvenience was the busy and narrow street leading up to the hotel which could be challenging to maneuver during peak traffic hours.

The location of Terrace Kiyomizu is absolutely amazing. From the rooftop terrace, I could see the breathtaking Kiyomizu Temple, making my stay even more memorable. The hotel is conveniently situated near many iconic spots, allowing me to easily explore Kyoto on foot. The staff at Terrace Kiyomizu were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist me throughout my trip. I appreciated the cleanliness and coziness of the hotel, and the complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby was a nice touch. Considering the convenient location, the price was very reasonable. I loved it so much that I extended my stay and look forward to returning on my next visit to Kyoto.

Drawbacks: Unfortunately, breakfast is not included at the hotel. However, they did recommend a coffee shop nearby that serves traditional Kyoto-style coffee.

Spent Christmas in a hotel near Kiyomizu temple. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is perfect near lots of restaurants and shops. Rooftop views were amazing.
